We provide one year leases with renewals each year. You can inquire by emailing info@ridgemanorcourt.com to obtain a pre-screening form. Showings are scheduled after review of pre-screening form. You can apply after pre-screening and scheduled showing has taken place through our secure online application HERE. 

 

Pricing is as follows:

• Interior Units - $2,175 Bldg #1/ $2,175Bldg #2/ $2,200Building #3

• Exterior Units - $2,200 Bldg #1 & $2,225 Bldg #2 /-- $2,225 for Bldg #3

Application fee charge is $20 per adult applicant.

 

Credit Check/Background Check/Eligibility Screening Performed - Above average to excellent credit rating required. 

 

Tenancy will require a security deposit amount to be paid upon lease execution. (Security amount is same as rent.)

 

Income requirements apply. 3 x's annual rental amount-Primary tenant at least (95% their Salary) of 3 x's annual rent .

One pet up to 25 lbs. may be allowed at the discretion of the property manager. Rent is $30 higher per month for people with pets.

 

Each unit will be permitted to have two vehicles onsite. No trailers, boats or Rv's. Additional Water Charges for Occupants 3 or greater apply.
